I reserve the right to raise or lower the cost of a breeding slot at any point in time.

All slots must remain the same. If you have an incomplete payment with the previous owner, you are required to complete the payment to them.

In some cases, you may be asked to adhere to special/specific terms at time of purchase.

Chargebacks will result in automatic blacklisting.

Any animosity/hostility towards myself or others on DeviantART, Toyhou.se, or relevant Discord servers could result in permanent blacklisting.

Art Payments: Nothing quickly or hastily done. Please do not rush. I usually leave art payment deadlines rather open as a courtesy!

Payment is due within 24 hours unless discussed otherwise.

Payment plans are available for certain amounts. Time frames will be discussed and arranged upon notice of interest.

If you are unable to complete a payment, whether partially or completely, please let me know in advance!

Failure to complete payment will result in the sale reopening.

If your slot is unused, you may resell it for the amount you paid.

You are required to follow all previous breeding rules/terms if you acquired a slot from a previous owner.

Please notify me when you use or sell your slot! This helps me keep track of both offspring and usage.

If you wish to sell/trade/no longer own the offspring, please notify me before selling them! I will try to make a reasonable offer.

Parent slots are not required, but appreciated!

I reserve the right to sell my parent slot to another party, no rules/terms enforced.

Breeding Image is generally optional unless one is required by the breed. (eg. Obertaurers)

Obertaurer slots are only available for art per the breed group's rules.

General adherence to Obertaurer's rules is required.

A slot to the foal is appreciated, but not required.

Either party can design the foal (you or myself), as I have no preference.

Some sort of input on my end if you are designing the foal would be appreciated.

If I design the foal, you will have as much input as you would like.

Tag my in the foal's official reference (/references if they end up with foal and adult versions).

We will discuss the sales cost for each pup in the litter after we pick our choices.

Post-PotL reservations are fine.

You will receive PotL, and I will receive a second PotL.

If you decide you want another pup after your first pick, you will be able to choose after the litter has become publicly available but will cost approximately half of the litter's sale price (i.e if the litter is 200 points/$2USD, you will pay 100 points/$1USD).

You will receive split proceeds from the sales.

I'm not the best at Rolling DARPG genes, but I will help where I can.

The designs must be correct for the parents and their breed(s).
